    So don't offer them benefits. Don't offer anyone benefits. Stop taxing people and let them put their money towards their own benefit.

    But let them come.

    I've said before, the U.S. should annex Mexico and build proper infrastructure there.
    If violence is not your last resort, you have failed to resort to enough of it.

    Aren't we kind of slowly doing that with NAFTA?
