I don't disagree. I have, in fact, written exactly that. What I said was that the social structures that stem out of these facts are not necessarily closed clubs, even if they are based on scientific facts.

Essentially, you can be part of the "black" community, and make cosmetic changes to appear like you belong, and be an equal member of the "real blacks" community, even though biologically you are not part of that community.
