Does this also apply if the individual has positioned themselves in a location other than the operator's seat? Such as a passenger seat or a bed (as would be the case of say a converted van or RV)?

I'm pretty sure I know the answer, but I just want clarification as to how utterly disgusted I have to continue to be.
