No, I'm not misunderstanding. And yes, that is what the links suggest. What I am suggesting is that America was designed to operate with limited government interference. Over the past couple of centuries, that design has been intentionally remodeled, but still exists on the old foundation. A foundation which was never intended to support the structure that we have today.
