To be serious a moment, here are several reasons why I think the iPad will suck balls at the end of the day.
1) limited OS: it's going to use a crippled OS in a similar form of the iPod Touch. There are definitely things you cannot do with an iPhone/iPod touch. Which brings me to point #2.
2) limited applications: You can *ONLY* run applications bought from the Apple store... so therefor your iPad will never be able to do anything unless Apple wants it to... and no, they don't want it to.
3) No Flash: Period. No Flash Animation. Adobe estimates (so take it with a grain of salt) that 75% of websites incorporate some form of Flash... and *NO* iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad can see any of it. Apparently Steve Jobs is waiting for HTML5 to "replace" Flash... but it's not going to.
4) No Bluetooth: Right now the designs have no bluetooth anything. Which is pretty much the same as both the iPhone/iPod Touch (the iPhone has bluetooth but the stack is locked up tighter than a fanboy's asshole, the *ONLY* things you can sync to it are headsets/headphones). So, no bluetooth keyboards and mice. The only "real" keyboard you can use with the thing is on the dock-device that acts as a charger...
Basically the thing is designed to surf the web (or what web it can surf), and do email and play stupid apple-store games. Oh, and watch youtube. It can watch youtube... but not Hulu, because Hulu uses Flash.
