Not only is it a piece of software that takes a crack at a monopoly, it's fully open source AND has the structure to be easily extensible (yeah, I clicked on the link Pae gave and went straight to "Developers"... call it natural curiosity!). Anyone can add his own phone, MP3 player, whatever, to the DoubleTwist arsenal. They can quite rightly boast "sync to any device". I must admit, I can see WHY apple would want to shut that program down. It is PHENOMENAL. I would suggest it is a MUST for anyone with a mac.
