My objection is to paranoia, intolerance, and name calling.
As decent human beings we SHOULD be calling people out on lies. If one massively powerful individual's words help the spread of AIDS it's our -duty- to be intolerant of him. If he says idiotic things, he's an idiot. Being all nice about everyone is great, but people should be called out on their actions when they fuck up and ruin countless lives.
