Actually, CHRISTIANITY doesn't consider it to be, even though Haggard's sect certainly does. Accepting that he is gay is not the same as saying he should no longer be a Christian. There are many gay christians. There are many churches that are welcoming and affirming to gay Christians. Just because conservative evangelicals go about pretending to represent the totality of Christian thought on every social issue doesn't make it true.
