To be honest, I think there was alot of people that never thought they'd vote for a black president - until Obama convinced them to. And it wasn't ALL just because of his stance, either. He convinced alot of people to believe in him.

Booing at the inauguration sounds pretty dumb. It's not a basketball game. And I never really bothered talking about the president or the elections with someone if I heard them say something about how they -hate- Bush or something of the sort.

Things like that are alot more sensitive and mean alot more if the US is currently fighting overseas.
