Eh *shrugs*... it was old information. When it became a big hooplah, they took it down saying it was out of date information.
Honestly, I don't see the problem.
To me it just sounds like a bunch of people scouring over information desperately trying to find some fault and then screaming "GOTCHA! HA HA!" and cackling with victory.
Meanwhile, apple just shrugs it off fixes their mistake and moves on with their life.
If Apple had made a huge big deal about it and denied everything publically and spent millions of dollars trying to defend their product (Vista anyone) the response would be exactly the same.
