non-exhaustive list of things I (an atheist) don't believe in
Yahweh, pygmies, nymphs, fairies, sprites, dryads, satyrs, centaurs, spirit totems, thor, odin, freyja, loki, zeus, heracles, athena, quetzlcoatl, vishnu, shiva, ramuh, dragons, trolls, ogres, orcs, bilbo baggins, gandalf, ra, set, goblins, gnomes, leprechauns, loch ness monsters, elvis being alive, flying spaghetti monsters, isis, osiris, adze, aihtu, ajatar, akuma, baba yaga, bogeyman, cerberus, cyclops, chimera, gorgons, giants, dvergr, each uisge, eldjotnar, fachen, fenris, gagana, the roc, garmr, gigelorum, haltija, harpies, hesperides, hotoki, the hydra, Iara, Irin, Jack-in-Irons, jormungandr, kabouter, karkinos, La Chusa, Leszi, Maal, mara, minotaur, naree pons, nightmarchers, obake, pamola, pech, quinotaur, ryu, saci, seps, sluagh, surma, tachash, tennin, undine, uwan, valkyrie, waldgeist, wekufe, wulver, xana, ypotryll, zilant, ziz
We're not so different, you and I.
What I do despise is when religion tries to interfere with science and education, teaching falsehoods and blatant lies.
Also when somone's beliefs, be it worshipping jormungandr, yahweh, or nothing at all, preclude them from anything in life which religion should really have no bearing upon.
People can believe whatever they want, but when you get George Bush senior saying that atheists shouldn't be classed as american citizens then it's gone far too far.
