    An odd aesthetic problem

    Stupid virus is stupid.

    After I had to reformat my HD it's now got this odd thing happening. Everything seems to jump around on the screen when I try to move things around. Before I thought it might be a video driver that is still in need of installing. If anyone can offer any other help with dealing with this very annoying thing, please let me know
