He probably means black culture in America. Obama was supposed to not really identify with blacks because he is well spoken and doesn't bitch about everything (I'm being a smart ass). But that's not true because large numbers of blacks -have- been voting for Obama. I think it's really just an effort for blacks to preserve their bitching rights. This way if Obama becomes the next president, black America can still move forward (or backward) with the race card. I think Anthson refers to the hooplah about Obama only being half-black and not really growing up in a black community or have any ties to african culture.
Whether or not that is "black" culture in america I imagine is debatable on both sides.Sure, I got a secret. More 'n one. Don't seem likely I tell 'em to you now, do it?
