It is very interesting to be a Ranger fan with a Penguin fantasy goalie, facing off against a Penguin fan in the finals... as the Rangers and Penguins play a series. Last night's solid Fleury performance in an OT loss was about the only way that fantasy and real life fandom could have avoided a battle to the pain. Anyway, it was a damn fine series.

Do you guys start goalies when they're playing your team? I sometimes bench them out of some irrational sense of respect. When I do start them, I know that a Rangers win trumps a fantasy loss anyway. A solid goalie performance is, at best, minor consolation for a loss. Just wondering if anyone else shares that silly struggle.
