I am sure those effected got the email, but Batcave has decided to continue to stay open. Here is the letter that I got from them. So they are still an option for us to use, but I would have a backup like the letter states.
Batcave.net will stay open - we have changed our mind about closing however always keep a good backup of your site as a general rule. Admin - Batcave.net/

That's weird. There has to have been a motive behind that who incident.Capitalization is the difference between "I had to help my Uncle Jack off a horse." and "I had to help my uncle jack off a horse."

Maybe they got a whole lot of letters saying how great the service had been? I for one emailed on the subject.

Is it funded by some larger corporation or something?
I mean what is the point of "shutting down" if the reason is so non-serious that you can just change your mind?

Their whois doesn't make it obvious who they're backed by, if anyone. It's most peculiar, why would they do this?
