It isn't clear that they will be fired for swaying their hips... only that they could be fired for refusing to march correctly and acting lustfully on the job. People are often required to behave within a prescribed norm at the workplace. On the face of it, I don't see a problem with this policy, but in order to make up my mind, I would have to read a more balanced version... this article seems to be drawing a lot of conclusions with little foundation.
