There are no H2 deposits on earth. There are no HHO deposits on earth. Hydrogen-based fuels cannot be mined. They need to be manufactured. The manufacturing almost always requires more energy than is released when that fuel is eventually burned.

Bottom line:
All hydrogen-based fuels aren't energy sources, they are energy containers, i.e. batteries. Batteries need to be charged.
