I agree absolutely. Let's ban all ipods while crossing the road. They're a menace! Whoever came up with this idea is doing an excellent job, and I think there are more laws that we should pass as quickly as possible. For instance:

* No blinking while walking down the street. You might miss seeing the meteorite approaching at 12 o'clock (that's relative location, not time).
* When driving across any sort of pedestrian crossing (including a random patch of road where a person might choose to cross), always kill your engine, because too much noise makes it hard for pedestrians to hear what's approaching.
* In the same vein, pedestrians may not make noise with their feet while crossing the road.
* Nobody is ever to refer to Algernon.
* Mobile phones, if used in public, must be in silent mode. This includes a silencer on the person talking on it.
* Smoking is forbidden. Being set fire to, however, is permitted on condition you have an approved firefighter on duty within 50 miles of you.
* Petrols (including LP Gas and diesel) are far too dangerous to be used in public places.

Anyone breaking any of these laws will be subject to a 1c penalty.
