I suggest you never read that newspaper again, its full of it. Maybe some fringe US group is saying that, but I read a lot of internet and there is not any mainstream scientists saying anything along those lines. Plus I think the article has the IPCC results wrong and does not clearly understand what the purpose of the IPCC is.
