LOL. Yeah, it is easy to say that when they only measure things that make OECD countries look good. Or when they ignore things like major health care shortages or the total inability to entice people to actually work in the health care industry.

But hey, when all they measure are averages and lowest common denominator elements, its becomes a little easier to make a flawed system look good, eh?
