If you are going to have capital punishment, make it swift and show the world that you don't get a second chance when convicted. So he killed hundreds...a killer of one life in our country should be treated the same.
Hmm. There's arguments on both sides of this. What if someone is wrongfully convicted? There needs to be a chance to lodge an appeal of some sort. However, it shouldn't be necessary to leave people languishing on Death Row forever.
