I'm -not- sure, I could be "misunderestimating", and it's hardly a serious wager. Bush will be remembered for one thing, Iraq, and this is not a good thing to be remembered for. Even if, by some miracle, Iraq became the definition of democracy, the end wouldn't justify the means.
