I don't understand what the problem here lays. Members of this church did a good deed for a family who were really homeless and in need. The church helped them to start anew, does it matter where they start a new life? Or are some kind of rules involved in charity? "I give you a house but you must stay here, in addition, it would be good if you come with your children to our parish every Sunday, as a kind of payment".
IMHO, this is a happy story: church members did a good did releasing some of the guilt in their consciences and a homeless family gets a new start...
