    Web Based Text Editor?

    Is there a decent web based text editor?

    Even if all it does is basic notepad functionality, that would be handy for certain situations.
    Capitalization is the difference between "I had to help my Uncle Jack off a horse." and "I had to help my uncle jack off a horse."

    There is never a good time for lazy writing!

    Check out Google's offerings - can't remember if it's still in Labs or not. They have various such things.

    I've used the spreadsheets myself, they are pretty neat. I'd assume the documents side of things are the same.
