Woman uses baby as a weapon

ERIE, Pennsylvania (AP) -- A woman used her 4-week-old baby as a weapon in a domestic dispute, swinging the infant through the air and striking her boyfriend with the child, authorities said.

Chytoria Graham, 27, of Erie, was charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and simple assault. She was held Monday in the Erie County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bail.

Authorities removed four other children from Graham's home and placed them with the Erie County Office of Children and Youth, Foulk said.

My stomach turned when I read this.

    Disgusting. Pure and simple.
If you're robbing a bank and your pants fall down, I think it's okay to laugh
and to let the hostages laugh too, because, come on, life is funny.

With the newspapers never failing to report on every evil thing that happens in the world, it's easy to get hardened to it.

Things that involve infants and young childred, however, never cease to churn the stomach.

Thankfully, she lost her children. What also saddens me is the tons of cases out there where parents use their children as mental weapons to strike at their ex's, using them as some pawn for their own selfish desires instead of thinking of the welfare of thechild.

Some things cease to amaze without ceasing to appal. I'm no longer surprised at these things either.
