I'd have appreciated a photo showing the car more clearly, though - it could just as easily be just a hole in the wall in those shots.

He just got bruised and a scar on his face. She went airborne and lost her left arm and had her hip shattered.
It could be something similar, but like they said in the article, he wasn't upset before it happened and there were no signs of drinking causing the accident.
