It says "This team can't win no matter how well their team does", so how can it be the Pokeys? I don't think I quite understand the formula for this award (or is it just the team with the average highest points?).

The Punisher: This team shows no mercy! They decimate their opponents by huge margins week in and week out. The team who has the largest average margin of victory for the season will win this prize.
Why's it broken down if you win it? It's very likely you are both number one and the punisher if your team is that good.
