Their statement is further proof that they are to blame for the fighting. They didn't say that their actions were in retalliation for something that Israel had done, or that they were justified in what they did for some reason. Basically they're just saying that they didn't mean to piss Israel quite this bad. Dumbasses.

My favorite part is how Hezbollah demanded negotiation for cease fire, then rejected the proposed terms. They now demand further negotiation take place. But... refuse to disclose what 'items' will be negotiated UNTIL a cease fire is set.
