I'm going with the consensus here. I'm actually a big fan of Flutie, and his Canadian stats are awesome. But if you include that in the consideration it's not an "apples to apples" comparison. All the other HoF inductees were judged on their performance in the NFL. Considering the records Flutie set in Canada opens up a can of worms. What if someone had average stats in the NFL but kicked ass in the Arena or World leagues (or the XFL - lol)? Besides, did Herschel Walker get that kind of consideration? I believe he's been retired about 5 years.

Even though it's the "Pro" football Hall of Fame, it should be implied that it's really the "NFL Hall of Fame."
