I'm sure that for every demographic you can find that there are cases where adopted/fostered children are molested.
Here is a list of people who should not adopt/foster because statistic show they do this:
People with brown eyes.
People with blue eyes.
People with green eyes.
People with hazel eyes.
Albinos.
People with no eyes.
If I left anyone out, let's just ban people who either have or do not have eyes.Don't get too perky!
