Is there anymore information? From what was written in those two articles, Davis didn't do anything more than go stand near his wife. I hardly think that's something to SUE over. He didn't lay a hand on anyone that I can tell, but just went over there because he thought he saw someone touching his wife in anger.

Anyone else knows what might have happened?
