Should Davis be suspended?

Davis and wife being sued?

The guy enters the stands to defend his wife. Is it going to deter another player from doing the same thing if Davis is suspended? Any player who percieves a legitimate threat to his family isn't going to stay on the court to avoid suspension. Some drunk fucker gets in your wife's face and looks like he's about to put a hand on her and you're just going to watch and do nothing? I doubt it.

At the same time, WTF is a player doing entering the crowd? Isn't that just going to cause the situation to get worse? The potential for things to escalate increases dramatically. He definitely needed to be ejected from the game and security definitely needed to remove the people involved from the stadium. And was his wife really in immediate danger?

And of course the guy decides he's going to sue! With a case that is bound to get media attention he has no problem getting a lawer to take his case (and he's well connected anyway). Time to cash in on an argument in the stands! This could get crazy fast...
