I thought this was interesting: http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,182008,00.html
So the woman that said she found a human finger in her Wendy's chili got 9 years and her husband that obtained the finger got 12 years. I thought it was steep at first until I considered how much money it cost the Wendy's food chain and how she lied (gold digging liar):
"There's no words to describe what I felt. It's sick, it's disgusting," she said in a clip played before sentencing. "Just knowing there was a human remain in my mouth is tearing me apart inside."
To me it's also a sign of how warped our justice system can be (in its extremes). Hey, you might get away with raping a 6 year old for 4 years- but don't even think about fucking with big corporate money.
