This is a case of the airlines being idiotic. I'm glad that the article points out that the TSA "no-fly" list policy isn't the problem. It is the way the airlines implement it. This isn't the first time this has happened...you'd think by now the airlines would have it figured out that little kids are clear exceptions to the rule.
"Believe it or not, I'm a complete catch."
rofl, i read one about a baby in a stroller that was on the no-fly list. i didn't post about it, though.![]()
What idiots. The TSA response might as well be translated to "Uh... we told them there's not children under 12 on the list. If they're too stupid to READ, then bitch to them, not us!"
If an airline tried to prevent my small child from boarding a flight with me because his name matched some terrorist, I would not be happy until all the morons from the airline that obviously don't fucking know the procedure were signed over to me as slaves.
And if one had the BALLS to say what the LaGuardia employee said (which is in my eyes a direct physical threat), I'd try damn hard to see him arrested and charged with assault.
There is a huge difference between "Security" and "Paranoia".
Unless the 4 yr old is wearing a dynamite vest, I think it is safe to say he isn't going to take over the plane by force.
The stupidity, and inability to use logic (especially when the logical deductions were already MADE by the TSA) amazes me
If you're robbing a bank and your pants fall down, I think it's okay to laugh
and to let the hostages laugh too, because, come on, life is funny.
