Patriots disrespected?

I can't believe anyone, let alone Tom Brady, would say the Pats are being disrespected. There are people picking them to win the Super Bowl. I haven't seen any disrespect of them in the media at all, unless you consider people picking the Colts to make it to the Super Bowl disrespect to the Pats. The only thing I can think of is that the coaching staff is trying to motivate the team by telling them they aren't being respected, but that doesn't sound like a technique that they'd use. If they are using that technique they are showing desperation.
