Boy joins a sordid online world through his Webcam
The internet is yes, a vast and important development in our lives. It permeates anymore pretty much everything we do.
I know there are a lot of stories out there about exploitations of the internet, but I don't think I've read something as amazing as this.
It is sickening, and yet I think it really highlights the need for supervised internet for youngsters. We shouldn't rely on software or hardware solutions to 'parent' our children for us when they use the internet. Pained as I am to say it because I feel there is a large benefit to young people having access to the internet, but if they cannot be supervised then I don't think they should have it.
