I'm not trying to be cold or mean-hearted. Honestly, living in Tampa, I've been to the Campus Lodge apts where this happened, and I wouldn't be surprised at all if his death was drug or alcohol related. Those apartments are a haven for underage drinking and parties(God knows I've been to some of them). They're just off-campus dorms.

The most likely scenarios that I can think of are either a) he was drinking very heavily, and died of alcohol poisoning, or b) he was cracked out from being awake for days on speed/meth/adderall/ritalin, and his heart just decided to quit. I know speed and amphetamines are very popular here among college age people. I'm 21, and know a few people that are addicted; it's more common than I would like it to be, and I've had a couple scares with said friends.
