The Packers offense isn't far from where it needs to be. Next year hopefully the WR corps will be healthy, and hopefully Green and Gado will provide a solid running game. The big need is on the O line. That can easily be addressed in the offseason or with the draft (they should have a pretty good pick to work with). The only person that needs to leave Green Bay is Sherman, unfortunately I can't think of any quality replacements.
With some improvements to the O line and a stable running game the passing game will open back up and Favre can return to his regular self.
The problem Monday night was that the rest of the team wasn't playing, they quit very early in the game, which I blame on coaching.
