    Lawmakers debate cell phone rights bill

    I can see some of the merits of this (since the wireless companies are consolidating rapidly to reduce competition) and I can also see the pitfalls of it (regulating commerce usually works poorly).

    It certainly gives you a lot to think about:

    Capitalization is the difference between "I had to help my Uncle Jack off a horse." and "I had to help my uncle jack off a horse."

    There is never a good time for lazy writing!

    I dislike this simply because it is the federal government getting involved in something that we, as consumers, could handle ourselves.

    However if a cell phone company would take the initiative and regulate these changes themselves it's highly possible for them to be seen as the "good guy".
    If violence is not your last resort, you have failed to resort to enough of it.
