ProFootballtalk has a sister site with a rumor mill on college football. Its the CollegeFootballTalk Daily Rumor Mill. I don't follow college football closely so I can't vouch for that site, but the profootball one is much better than the rumor mill provided by ESPN's subscription service.

The downside of both these sites is that they have a lot of annoying pop ups and advertisements. Also, neither page looks very professional. Personally, I'm willing to overlook those faults because of the content (and because they are free).
