There is no attempt to differentiate between them because Kestra never brought up terrorists. You did. I know the beheading was posted on extremist web sites. YOU are the one who took that evil incident and set up the straw man that Kestra was comparing Scarborough to people who would behead innocent people. That wasn't Kestra, and it wasn't me. It was YOU who lumped terrorists and extremists in together. Trying to foist the whole thing off on Kestra's "failure" to add a disclaimer about something Kestra NEVER EVEN SAID is despicable.
