So Neon Deion is playing for the Ravens again. Apparently he'll be a backup/package corner.
Based on his performance last year, my vote goes for "still good."
He only played in 9 games last year (and I believe he was also a backup/package player), and he had 8 tackles, 3 interceptions, and 1 touchdown.
That isn't bad for a utility player who also provides a lot of leadership and experience for your other defensive players (who apparently have benefited enormously).
It all depends on how much he's getting paid though.
