Good lord. The entire NL West is under .500 winning percentage. The first place team is 3 games under .500.
There should be a rule where you have to at least be over .500 to get a playoff spot. This should be like the rule in college football where you need at least 6 wins to be bowl elligible (which usually means, at least 6-5).
