What a shame to see this smear what should have been a memorable year for 'Rafi' & the Orioles.

I've never been a big fan of Palmero, but, I HAD a lot of respect for someone who seemed to be a stand-up guy and had amassed numbers that would without a doubt have a spot waiting for them in Cooperstown. I guess it's still up in the air on what is was and how it happened. The jury is still out so to say, but his weak assed response w/ ... "never intentionally took steriods..." says a lot to me.

A minor kudos to Bud for getting at least this ammount of testing. It certainly could be better. Complete testing for ALL performance enhancing substances with much stiffer pentalties for multiple offenders. Along with someone coming up with a way to test for HGH would be nice too.
