Some of the ones I really agree with:

1) Offsides in Soccer

This makes the game too boring and low scoring. It is super fun to play, but not that fun to watch.

2) Intentional Walks in Baseball.

Annoying.

3) Boxing Scoring

Everything about boxing is dumb these days.

4) NBA Late-Game Timeouts

Pretty much everything about the NBA sucks these days.

5) Amateurism in College Sports

They need to give these kids a stipend. On top of that, you should need a 4 year college degree to qualify for employment in any pro league.

6) The NBA's 10-Foot Rim and 94-Foot Floor.

Sounds good. Anything that can make it more watchable. While you're at it, make super strict rules/bans for thuggery.

7) Second Serves in Tennis.

Good idea. The game is too dominated by big servers.

8) NBA … Everything

Word.

9) The Ground Can't Cause a Fumble in Football.

I'm not sure about this one, but I wouldn't be sad to see it go.

10) No Protesting a Called Strike in Baseball.

Definitely. This is stupid.

11) Golf's Stroke-And-Distance Rule.

I don't really even know what he is talking about, nor do I really care.

12) The Chris Webber Rule.

Any rule that punishes stupidity is a good rule. Keep this rule.

13) Drug Testing for Athletes Only.

Stupid. We can't even drug test the athletes well. How about we fix that one and then worry about expanding it.

14) Interference in Hockey.

If it would improve scoring and result in less purely stupid fighting, sure.

15) Baseball Dugout Warnings

Dump em.

16) No Official Game Clock Posted In Soccer.

This makes no sense.

17) No In-Match Coaching in Tennis.

No. This is a unique thing about tennis. You have to be your own coach once the match starts. I think that is cool. What is gained by allowing coaching on the court? Nothing. Let the mental midgets get owned when they can't get their brain together.

18) Golf crowds being quiet.

I am torn on this one. This is a unique thing about golf. Sometimes I think such charming intricacies of a sport should be preserved.

19) Baseball's On-Deck Circle

Huh?

20) Traveling/Palming in the NBA.

Either enforce it or dump it. Right now, the stars can rape this rule, everyone else cannot.

21) Baseball Managers Wearing Uniforms.

Baseball managers in uniforms look ridiculous.

22) Overtime Stat Keeping in College Football.

Agreed. College football OT is the best OT in all of sports. That said, the stats shouldn't count in any way other than W/L.

23) Sudden-Death Overtime in the NFL.

I agree. This sucks. Use the college system.

24) No Contact on the Basepaths in Baseball.

Get rid of it. Make baseball more interesting. Better make sure you REALLY catch all the roid heads though.

25) College Basketball's 3-Point Line.

Definitely move it back.

26) End Zone/Sideline Pass Interference in Football.

Not sure about this one.

27) No Hitting Below the Belt in Boxing.

This is a pretty important rule. Without rules like this, boxing totally ceases to even resemble a sport and is just gladiatorial abuse.

28) The NFL's Quarterback Helmet Earpiece.

This is stupid. Get rid of it. Use hand signals and make QBs take more of a leadership role. Hell, make them call their own plays.

29) Alternating Possession in College Basketball.

Stupid. Jump it.

30) The One-Day Contract.

Who cares. It is just a feel-good thing for fans. Leave it alone.

31) Signing your scorecard in golf.

Retarded.
