I use a program called Silicon Realms Multidesk to give me four virtual desktops while in windows. The icons don't change among each, just the windows located on each.
Its a bit dated, has some features I don't like and I don't think its supported anymore. Anyone know of/use a good one that they can recommend?

Karahd happens to think this should be native.
