I think I may have found the solution to this problem.

Go into the Change/Remove Programs thing on your computer. Scroll down until you get to one about ABI (ABI is the company that owns Aurora or something. I'm not certain. I don't care. They can all die). When you click on the remove option it will prompt you with a way to contact customer support or something.

There should be an option to get contact info. In this information is the url to a website. On that website is an uninstall wizard that you can download and will get rid of the pop-ups (Hopefully)

So far I haven't seen any after doing this. If it fails to work I will post stating such.
