Rice has more experience at WR than anyone, so he knows how to get open even if he doesn't have the speed and quickness he used to. He also has great hands. Any team who wasn't interested in him as a number four (or even a number three for some teams) WR needs some front office work. Not only can he still play, but he can share his experience with rookie players. How is picking him up NOT a good idea?
