I think it's pretty safe to say that the media in general (left, right, whatever) is out of control. The media has become a form of entertainment and no longer a reliable source of information. It is, however, still a source of information. To say that only the left is guilty of this would be wrong. To say that only the right is guilty is also wrong. Honestly, I don't know if it really has anything to do with the right or left anymore. It all has to do with ratings, and controversy brings a lot of ratings. (CBS's story on the Bush letters, anyone?)
