I think one of the biggest problems with liberal media is that they believe they can gain the same ratings with "drama" just like celebrities gain in the tabloids. Personally, I get pretty annoyed with 'news' media when they fall to this level, because I also agree that they lose credibility as unbiased news sources. Sure, drama is a great seller, but it's not a substitute for the news.

If I want entertainment, I'll watch non-news scheduled broadcasts. When I want news, I want totally unbiased and obvious non-partisan tidbits. I want to make up my own mind based on the news. I don't want the media making up THEIR minds and then reporting THEIR opinions.
